The "happy faces" or "smiley tape" or "Quick Turn Around" is an artform in and of itself. Basically you have a group of people that are working hard at a corporate event and the idea is to show them just how much fun they really had. It's a great moral booster and let's people blow off a bit of steam.

The real trick is getting it done in a minimum of time so that it can be shown at the event that it is celebrating.

Long days, longer nights, very little sleep and a fast paced creative flow is what it takes to put together a tape like this.

Please note: The awards ceremony at the end of this video took place only 30 minutes prior to this tape being shown to the audience.
